Instead of ordering online, can i just drop by your store?

Yes! It would be great if you can stop by our ANMYNA Concept Store at Vivacity Megamall Kuching (Level 2, in front of Maxis Centre). We have varieties of product demo for you to test before making your decision.

How long will an item remain in my cart?

Items in remain in your cart and will be available for 48 hours and it will expired including promotion item if the time is up. In case you are inactive and not able to complete the transaction, you will be asked to add your product to cart again.

What happens if one of the products that I ordered is out of stock?

We will checked the product availability and call up in advanced. In the case where by you wanted to cancel your order, we will do a full refund to you (you need to provide us with the confirmation order email that you receive from us)

Will I receive a confirmation for my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email immediately on your registered email ID.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please call us at +6016 861 8889 (Abbie). A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applicable.

How do I check the status of my order?

Do you accept American Express credit card?

Yes but the debit/credit card payment gateway is unable to process AMEX. Therefore, you need to proceed with the Paypal method.

I am not from Malaysia, can i still make the payment?

Yes but you need to go through Paypal as the method of payment.

How do you pack the item that I ordered?

Every item that is out for delivery will be pre-packed with few layers of bubble wrap to ensure shipment arrive in undamaged condition.

How do I know if my item need to be boxed?

As the choice affects the weight and thus transit costs. For these reasons, the box decision depends heavily upon a combination of the value, fragility and transit environment chosen for the item being shipped.

What if I received the product that is broken during delivery?

We will replace a new product for you but subject to terms and conditions of the Refunds and Return Policy

Do you purchase product insurance?

Yes we do purchase product insurance if the total order is more than RM500 in value

We have corporate account with Poslaju | Skynet | DHL Express | GD Express | City-Link Express. Upon checkout, you may choose your preferred shipping express.

Do you ship orders outside of Malaysia?

Apart from Malaysia, we also ship to other SEA countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore.

How long does it takes for me to receive the item?

Your products will arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 days depending on your geographical location

Can i pick up the product at your store?

If you are from Kuching (Sarawak), you may pick up the item from ANMYNA Concept Booth at Vivacity Megamall Kuching (Level 2, In front of Maxis Centre)
